A message time setting is required to specify the running time of the instance.
Example - an instance can send mailings only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Set delaySendMessagesMilliseconds when sending messages (this way you can limit the total number of messages per day)
- Control the running time of the instance in the integration code
